Designs
Design concepts and details will be discussed during the consultation.
Designs will be completed and available for review upon your arrival for your appointment.
Designs will not be sent prior to your appointment as a proactive measure against design theft.
Adjustments can be made until the designs align with your vision.
Be aware that major adjustments or last-minute changes to the overall design concept may require rescheduling your appointment. In such cases, your deposit will be carried forward.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:
A 72-hour notice is required for your deposit to be transferable to a new appointment.
If notice is given less than 72 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
If you miss your appointment or arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to pay the full cost of the session before booking another appointment.
In the case of a sudden emergency, situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Health & Safety
Your health and safety are top priorities.
All equipment is single-use or properly sterilized between clients.
Strict hygiene protocols and barrier protection are utilized.
The studio is regularly cleaned and sanitized.
I reserve the right to refuse service if you appear intoxicated or under the influence.
Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or other factors that may affect the healing process during your consultation.
Clients with certain medical conditions may be required to provide physician clearance.
Do not get tattooed if you are currently ill.
